AHCCCS/Uninsured

The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) no longer pays for DME (Durable Medical Equipment) for anyone over the age of 21.  This is limited to products that have an L code assigned to them by Medicare.  Products included are wrist braces, knee braces, walking boots, shoulder immobilizers and basically anything that wraps, clasps or Velcro’s on to your body.

We have a financial hardship program available for AHCCCS patients and for those without insurance entirely.  This program allows us to offer equipment to patients at a substantial discount if they qualify.  Please contact us for details.
